My mother opened this office in 1987 with a desk, a telephone and a ledger of every house on Harbor Row. The ledger is now the Registry. The idea has not changed: if we represent it, our clients should be able to find it here, in full, before they hear about it anywhere else.
Three partners, one office, no national brand above us. Every decision about how a residence is presented, priced and shown is made in this building by people who have walked the property.
Before a photograph is taken or a portal is notified, a residence is entered in the Registry. It is the one place a client can see everything we represent, including what we are not yet allowed to advertise.
Many of the best residences in Port Ellery are sold without a sign in the yard. A quiet listing is recorded, priced and shown by appointment, and it never appears on a public feed unless the owner asks.
