This policy explains how Harbor & Vale Realty (“the firm”, “we”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit the Registry, request a private showing, ask to list a residence, or subscribe to the Harbor Letter.

Information you give us: your name, email address, telephone number if you provide it, and the content of your message. Information collected automatically: the pages you view, approximate location from your IP address, and the browser and device you use, gathered through standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics.

We do not collect payment card information through this site.

To reply to you, to arrange showings, to send the Harbor Letter if you subscribed, to keep the site working and secure, and to meet our obligations under California real estate law. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.

Service providers that host the site, deliver email and store data on our behalf, bound by contract to use it only for us. Where a transaction proceeds, the escrow, title and legal professionals you choose. Authorities when the law requires it.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you may unsubscribe from the Harbor Letter at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete. Write to registry@harborandvale.example and we will respond within thirty days.

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet the record-keeping rules that apply to licensed brokers in California, then deleted. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with the providers we use.

Harbor & Vale Realty is a fictional brokerage and this site is a working demonstration of the Registry platform. No information submitted here is used for any real estate transaction.
