The Registry is Harbor & Vale Realty’s record of residences it represents or expects to represent. Entries marked Exclusive are offered publicly. Entries marked Quiet are shown by appointment at the owner’s discretion. Entries marked Coming Soon are not yet offered for sale and their details may change before they are.

Square footage, lot size, year built, taxes, assessments and similar figures come from owners, public records and our own measurement. They are believed reliable but are not guaranteed. Buyers should verify anything material to their decision through inspection, survey and their own professionals.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a contract, or an agency relationship. Agency is created only by a written agreement signed by a licensed broker of the firm. Estimates of payment, cost of ownership or market conditions are illustrations, not advice.

You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, copy or republish listing content, images or floor plans without written permission, or use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages.
